El Equipo de Ayuda de Tails es un equipo muy pequeño con recursos muy
limitados. Aún así, leemos todos los informes. Pero, es imposible para
nosotros responder a cada informe. Podemos tardar días, a veces semanas, en
responder.

Como no hay mucho que podamos hacer ante los siguientes problemas, no
solemos responder a los informes sobre ellos:

- Problemas con tarjetas gráficas
- Problemas con Macs
- Problemas con software que incluimos
- Problemas con software que no incluimos
- Problemas con puentes de Tor

Nuestra mayor esperanza es que una futura actualización de los controladores
de Linux resuelva el problema. Para usuarios avanzados de Linux: si quieres
profundizar más por tu cuenta, puedes llevarlo a instancias superiores
después de reproducir el problema en un sistema Linux reciente que no sea
Tails.

Reply for users who repeatedly treat us as search engines

This reply is not advisable for first time reports, only for users that keep asking questions already covered by our documentation.

We are a very small team working on very limited human resources. A lot of
other people are asking for our help on our various support channels.  User
support is an important task and is high in our priorities.

But all the time that we spend on user support is time that we cannot
dedicate to improving Tails itself. Please take this into consideration when
writing to us...

Could you try to start a live version of Debian on your computer and see if
you can reproduce the issue?
